Chairman
ES Abdussalam is the Chairman of NIPARK. Born and based in Kodungallur, Thrissur, his beginnings were in the Health Department of Government of Kerala followed by 13 years in the Food and Civil Supplies Department. After that, he began his Middle East service. He spent 14 years as Sales Manager in Attieh Steel, one of the major steel stockist and fabricator in Saudi Arabia. He then served for 16 years as Commercial Manager in Rawabi Al Mahfar, an MEP supplier where in his capacity they obtained ARAMCO approval, and supplied to almost all vital infrastructure development projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. He brings with him unmatched expertise in Commercial Management, International Procurement, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and an efficient record in Negotiation. With his proven track record of success in various leadership roles, he is well-positioned to drive the growth and success of NIPARK.
Vice Chairman
Hyderali P.K. is the Vice Chairman and Designated Partner of NIPARK. Hailing from Mepparamba in Palakkad district, he is a strong professional with experience in diverse sectors. He has worked for 35 years in various positions at Qatar Energy, wherein he was an Inventory Analyst under the supply chain department for the last 10 years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Miracle Polymers India Limited (MPIL Pvt Ltd), Kanjikode. With his extensive experience in supply chain management and inventory analysis, the individual has developed strong skills in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects. His comprehensive understanding of the energy sector and the ability to navigate complex business environments will be very valuable for the future of NIPARK and its initiatives.
Secretary
Shamsudeen P.S. is the Secretary and Designated Partner of NIPARK. He has a ton of working experience in Saudi Arabia as Admission Supervisor, Patient Services Department in King Saud Hospital and as Secretary and Office Assistant at the Foreigners Guidance Centre. His total Saudi experience is 30 years. He is based in Perumpilavu in Thrissur District. He has also served as assistant accountant in Ansar English School. His extensive work experience has given him strong administrative and organizational skills as well as experience in services and accounting.
Partner
Hyder Abdul Rahiman has extensive experience in office administration and property management. Hailing from Alathur in Palakkad District, he has a demonstrated unwavering commitment towards charity and public relations. He spent 32 years in Qatar working in office administration and Property Management. After returning to India, he worked in the administration of Model Indian School and also held key positions in various welfare and charitable societies. His leadership experience and commitment to the welfare of the society makes him an asset for NIPARK and its future endeavours.

Ahammed Unni K.V. is a Designated Partner at NIPARK. Hailing from Alankode in Malappuram district, he has extensive experience in Dubai in Shipping and Logistics, Business Management and educational entrepreneurship. He is currently the Director of B20 Bio Ventures Pvt. Ltd which focusses on farm tourism. With a total of 40 years of experience in Dubai, he has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various aspects of business operations. broad and diverse skillset will provide NIPARK with a host of benefits.
